Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- 港式排包


flaxseed oatmeal 湯種排包
light brown 
nice texture
湯種 : 1 part bread flour : 5 part water 
cook till about 80 degrees, line appears when stirred  
80 grams each strip  
proof for 45 minutes or till done 
ready  
160 degrees 
20 minutes 
dont brown it too much  
two days later, still nice without refrigeration  
at one glance
